Player told Utah news station KSL-TV that he bought an audiobook through Apple, but ended up being charged twice.
"They charged me for both the audiobook and the regular book (e-book)," Player said (1).
He requested a refund from Apple. The request was denied. Then his appeal was denied, too.
Player said he eventually spoke with an Apple supervisor who agreed the charge looked wrong. But even that did not fix
