Recruiter AMN Healthcare and influencer marketing company Later bring on new HR

HR professionals joined tech and healthcare companies last month, gearing up to help them achieve ambitious growth goals.

Michelle Bonfilio is the new chief human resources officer for smart access technology company Chamberlain Group, the company announced June 1. She was most recently CHRO for Help at Home and before that, held HR leadership positions at Covetrus and Petco. In her role at Chamberlain, Bonfilio will lend her strategic vision to lead people strategy, CG's CEO said in a statement.

Recruiting and staffing company AMN Healthcare announced on June 15 the appointment of Holly Novak as chief people officer. She will lead the company's HR function and build on AMN's efforts to create a space where people can "thrive and do their best work," AMN's president and CEO said. Novak was most recently chief people officer at financial technology company Jack Henry.
